Whether you’re feeling anxious, struggle in social situations , or quite simply prefer a quieter atmosphere without any pressure to chat, your dedicated hair stylist will focus on creating your perfect look in silence once the initial consultation has taken place.
We’ve curated an environment where you can be in peace, with little interaction to give you some quite time for yourself, to unwind with a book or catch up on some work uninterrupted. Enjoy our salon space peacefully or request our Inner Circle Space (our private room) to be completely alone.

Here at Y salon we’re committed to a greener, cleaner Earth! For every Kevin Murphy product purchased, one tree will be planted, helping reforest areas in need. At Y salon we’re also doing our part by offsetting our team’s carbon footprint for their daily journeys to and from work.
To date, Y salon has planted 55 trees and helped prevent 6.7 tonnes of CO₂ emissions—equivalent to the emissions from several long-haul flights! This impact is thanks to our support for verified carbon-avoidance projects worldwide, including protecting the Mataven forest in Eastern Colombia, promoting solar energy in Indonesia and Morocco, restoring peatlands in Indonesia, reducing landfill methane in Brazil, and repairing water boreholes in Eritrea.
